Research shows that quality early care and learning helps children have better education, health, social, and economic outcomes in life. Not only do the years before kindergarten lay the building blocks for success throughout life, but a child’s early years also create the foundation for strong communities for all of us.
Child Care Resources works with families, child care providers, community organizations and advocacy groups to improve the quality of early childhood care in our region. We support families in their search for child care, assist families experiencing homelessness with child care costs, coach and provide resources for child care professionals, and train and empower low-income and refugee women pursuing careers in early learning. Embedded in Child Care Resources’ daily work is identifying and addressing racism so that all children thrive in their early learning environments.
Child Care Resources believes that investing in children—all children—leads to a better future.
